1. Your child's class teacher knows your child better than any other member of staff and will be able to support in the first instance. If they feel that you need to speak to another member of staff, they will facilitate this.

2. If you need to speak to someone about support for you or your family then please contact our Family Support Advisor, Mrs Bryan and she will be happy to support you.

2. If you have spoken to the class teacher and feel you need further support with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities please contact Mrs MaGill

3. After you have received support from these members of staff, if you still feel that you need further support please contact Mr Hancox who will be happy to help you.

If you have a concern about any member of staff please speak directly to the Headteacher. If your concern is about the Head of School or Executive HeadTeacher please contact our Chair of Governors.
